Partnership

Over the past several years, we have worked in partnership with Sistering (a women’s drop-in centre), the Barbra Schlifer Clinic (a centre that provides legal advice and counselling to women who are victims of abuse), and the Mennonite New Life Centre (a centre for newcomers) to recruit women for our programs.  During the training program, staff from each of the agencies use their expertise to facilitate sessions on topics such as: women and the law, immigration issues, and women’s needs in relation to housing and homelessness.
